MIAMI, Fla. (February 21, 2014) – Miami Jewish Health Systems has recently promoted James J. Deane, CPA, to Director of Accounting. Mr. Deane brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance expertise to this position, having previously worked with professional accounting firms, large multinational enterprises and other healthcare entities.
In his new role, Mr. Deane will be responsible for managing the Finance and Decision Support departments as well as assisting with the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Business Office.

James J. Deane first joined Miami Jewish Health Systems Finance Department in 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Deane worked at Kaufman Rossin & Co., Berkowitz Dick Pollack and Brandt, Seaboard Marine, Electrolux Home Products International and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Deane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
