Douglas Gardens North at Miami Jewish Health offers affordable housing to low-income independent seniors aged 62 and older.
Home to three HUD Section 202 buildings, we have broken ground on a new mixed-income community scheduled to be completed in late 2024. Due to demand there are no openings, and we are not currently accepting applications or names for a waitlist at this time. We will update this page once registration opens with instructions on the process.

In partnership with HealthTrust and HUD, we’ve transformed 25+ acres of our Pembroke Pines campus into an active senior community where all residents can thrive with spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments and several amenities.
