Seniors with limited income should have access to affordable housing and the things that make life easier and more fulfilling.
In partnership with HealthTrust and HUD, we’ve transformed 25+ acres of our Pembroke Pines campus into an active senior community where all residents can thrive with spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments and several amenities.

Our low-income senior housing is more than just somewhere to live. We want to make sure you or your loved ones are always learning, staying active and keeping busy. That’s why we provide a number of services for residents, including:
