Vice President, Florida PACE Centers
Steve Hess oversees operations, financial management, and strategic planning and growth of Miami Jewish Health’s four Florida PACE Centers. Previously, Hess served in executive leadership and consulting roles for healthcare, senior living and PACE-related companies, specifically managing PACE programs in several states and assisting in the development of an assisted living facility for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease.
Prior to moving to Miami, Hess served on the Board of Directors in local Nebraska chapters of the American Red Cross and Alzheimer’s Association and was a recipient of the Nebraska LeadingAge Innovator of the Year Award.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and computer science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
