Johanna Suarez manages Miami Jewish Health’s independent, assisted-living, memory care and affordable housing units. Her devoted team is responsible for delivering residents a high quality of life and exceptional care. She has more than 22 years of experience managing independent, assisted and memory care communities at various senior living facilities in South Florida.
Suarez is a recipient of the Florida Senior Living Association’s Executive Director of the Year Award and serves on the Florida Health Care Association’s National Center for Assisted Living committee. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Florida chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and has co-chaired the Broward Walk to End Alzheimer’s®.

Suarez holds a Bachelor of Science and master’s degree in health services administration, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from Florida International University.
