Elisa Hernandez is responsible for the comprehensive review and management of all human resource and performance-related programs and tools at Miami Jewish Health. A certified Hudson Institute executive coach, she is also centrally involved in building the strength of the organization’s leadership team. Hernandez has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, serving in various leadership roles for healthcare, sports and entertainment companies.

Elisa is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She volunteers as a mentor for the Viner Foundation, which aims to identify and nurture current Palm Beach County high school students who demonstrate vision for community leadership.
Elisa earned her Bachelor of Science and MBA in professional management from Nova Southeastern University.
