Meet Dana Kulvin, JD, MPH
Chief Business Strategist and General Counsel

Kulvin provides legal and compliance guidance to Miami Jewish Health, including advising on federal, state, and local statutes and regulations; negotiating, drafting and reviewing service, vendor, employment, gifting, and partnership agreements; and working proactively to manage risk and legal exposure. She is also responsible for conceiving, leading, and implementing business development, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Kulvin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and earned a JD and Master of Public Health from Boston University. Ms. Kulvin is a member of the Florida, California, Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations.
Kulvin is also a co-founder of Music for Memories, a non-profit organization that collects new and used musical Instruments and equipment that are donated to local schools to support music education. In addition, Ms. Kulvin serves on the Board of Directors for the Rhythm Foundation, a Miami-based non-profit organization that has been curating international music and experiences for the south Florida region since 1988 and which also operates and manages the Miami Beach Bandshell (https://miamibeachbandshell.com/rf-history/).
