Dana Kulvin, JD, MPH
Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Dana Kulvin provides legal guidance on federal, state and local statutes and regulations; negotiates, drafts and reviews services and partnership contracts and works proactively to manage risk and legal exposure. In the compliance realm, she assures compliance with a federally mandated program that includes auditing and oversight, education, investigation of complaints and issues within a complex state and federal healthcare regulatory environment.
In addition, Kulvin leads and implements internal strategic initiatives and creates and spearheads many of Miami Jewish Health’s community engagement efforts, creating programs and partnerships with local schools, artists and other non-profit organizations. She has more than 25 years of academic and professional law experience, specializing in healthcare advocacy and regulation.

Kulvin is the founder and director of Music for Memories, a program that collects new and gently used instruments for donation to Miami-Dade public schools and other local community organizations. She is also a member of Temple Beth Sholom’s Social Justice Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and earned a JD and Master of Public Health from Boston University. Kulvin is a member of the Florida, California, Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations
