Cliff Bauer
Vice President, Government Relations and Joint Ventures
Cliff Bauer represents Miami Jewish Health’s PACE organization and other public health programs and services to state and federal government agencies and regulators and oversees our joint venture relationships. He has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare management and has consulted for and guided healthcare associations on Medicare Advantage HMO programs and public health department grant programs.
Bauer is on the board of directors for the National PACE Association, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Our Florida Promise, and is an adjunct professor at Florida International University.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in health administration from St. Louis University.
