Jeffrey P. Freimark
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey P. Freimark is Miami Jewish Health Systems President and Chief Executive Officer and was recently named one of the Top 10 CEOs in Miami-Dade County by South Florida Business Journal. Prior to his career with Miami Jewish Health Systems, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Chief Information Officer for Intelstat, the largest operator of commercial satellites worldwide. This followed a position as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Chief Information Officer for Beverly Enterprises – one of the largest national operators of long term care facilities, rehabilitation, hospice and other healthcare segments. In addition, he held the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for OfficeMax. Mr. Freimark holds CPA licenses in Florida and New Jersey. He is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey. He is a graduate of New York Law School (JD), New York University Stern School of Business (MBA) and the University of South Florida (BA).
Lisa Jo Desmarteau
Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Jo Desmarteau is responsible for all matters involving accounting, revenue management, capital financing, budget management, purchasing and financial reporting. She also oversees the organization’s fiscal policy. Prior to joining Miami Jewish Health Systems, she spent six years at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale and almost 14 years as CFO of MorseLife in West Palm Beach. Lisa has a MBA and BS from the University of Maine and is a licensed certified public accountant. She is affiliated with the AICPA, FICPA and MGMA.
Dr. Brian J. Kiedrowski
Chief Medical Officer
Brian J. Kiedrowski, M.D. leads the Miami Jewish Health Systems team of physicians, works closely with the nursing staff, risk management and compliance departments, and builds relationships with healthcare professionals in the community. Dr. Kiedrowski is board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Care. Prior to joining the organization, he was Vice President and Medical Director at Catholic Hospice. He also worked at Moorings Park Continuing Care Retirement Community, the Wellness Clinic and Skilled Nursing Unit at Glenview Residences and had his own private practice in Naples.
Senior Vice President – Operations
Cliff Bauer is Miami Jewish Health Systems Senior Vice President – Operations. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in senior positions in hospital and healthcare organizations located in Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida. In the past, he’s worked with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Tenet and Leon Medical Center Health Plans. In South Florida, he was Chief Executive Officer and President for Hialeah Hospital & Chief Executive Officer for North Ridge Medical Center, and for Kindred Hospital. Cliff graduated from Saint Louis University with an MHA in Hospital and Healthcare Administration and received a BA in Biology from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Vice President – People, Risk and IT
Tony Treglia has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, including work with The Sherwin-Williams Company and Herberts Powder Coatings in addition to Charles Schwab, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Institutional Group and DHL. Prior to joining Miami Jewish Health Systems, Tony was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Service Delivery for Aviva North America, the sixth largest insurance group in the world. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University, as well as various licenses and certifications supporting his career.
Vice President – Miami Jewish Health Systems Foundation, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations
Susan Fox-Rosellini is Miami Jewish Health Systems’ Vice-President – Foundation. Prior to joining Miami Jewish Health Systems, Mrs. Fox-Rosellini served as Executive Director of Development for Neurology at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she led the development of major gifts and fund raising campaigns. In addition, she served as Director of Business Development and Grants at Family Resource Center from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, she worked as a development leader with the Coconut Grove Playhouse and the Miami City Ballet. Fox-Rosellini is also very active in the community. She is the current Foundation Director at William Fox, Jr. and previously served as President and Board of Trustee Member of the Miami City Ballet. She holds an MBA in Health Policy and Administration from University of Miami, Masters Certificate in Direct Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor of International Business Administration from George Washington University.
