Update on 12/13/22: Give Miami Day was an extraordinary event for Miami Jewish Health! Together, we successfully raised $248,553 for the programs, services and people of Miami Jewish Health and placed 15th out of 1,078 organizations in dollars raised during Give Miami Day. This is an incredible reflection of our community’s continued commitment to supporting the invaluable work you do every day. Thank you for all that you do for Miami Jewish Health and thank you for another successful Give Miami Day!
Established in 1967, The Miami Foundation partners with donors to champion their causes and improve quality of life in Greater Miami. It takes leadership on civic issues, invests in the community, and nurtures all levels of charitable giving. Each year, the Foundation hosts Give Miami Day as part of its mission to increase local philanthropy.
On Give Miami Day, anyone can make a philanthropic impact by supporting local nonprofit organizations. Since its inception in 2012, Give Miami Day has become one of the largest annual online giving events in the Southeast United States – raising more than $100 million for 1,000+ community nonprofits to date. Last year, Give Miami Day made history by raising more than $33.4 million for 975 local nonprofits. More than 38,000 donors spanning Miami-Dade County, and the rest of the world, participated in the multimillion-dollar movement.
Give Miami Day 2022 will take place on Thursday, November 17. However, the Give Miami Day website will open for an Early Giving donation period from Monday, November 14 through Wednesday, November 16.
